Exit 1: Formation of Natural Gas and Crude Oil

Curriculum Dowlload

Are fossil fuels renewable or non-renewable?  Biotic materials decompose to create energy sources:  crude oil and natural gas.  Use two experiments to demonstrate how the earth "cooked" (heat & pressure over time) ancient plant and animal life to form fossils fuels.  Requires Acrobat Reader.
